SIS车间从严管理“双重”巡检为装置加“双保险”

    8月SIS车间前工段四班外操，认真完成了装置内巡检点的巡检工作。当班班长对装置区域进行仔细检查。随后当班外操巡检完毕，半个小时后，前工段技术员又再次把装置9个区域认真巡视了一遍。

    “这就是给我们装置上的‘双保险’。”前工段工段长说道。

SIS车间前工段以往的巡检只存在于当班操作工之间，面对如此大的装置，面对装置内众多设备及物料，面对现场各项生产作业，当班的6次巡检并不一定能及时发现各类安全隐患。为了确保安全大检查期间装置现场规范化，为了确保巡检无死角、安全无隐患，SIS车间前工段根据自身实际情况制订了特殊的全员参与“双重巡检”制度。即：除了当班外操正常巡检外，工段工艺、设备技术员、各班组长必须在当班期间对规定的9个区域进行一次巡检。为了把“双重巡检”落到实处，工段还在每个巡检区域内张贴“技术员、班组长巡检签到表”，巡检到位必须签名到位，并纳入到工段绩效考核之中。

“双重巡检”制度推行一个星期以来，取得了很好的效果。技术员及班组长参与巡检，保证了巡检的全面性和有效性，不仅让巡检工作不留盲区，也为日常巡检提供了技术支持，提高了现场管理水平，为装置装上了安全“双保险”。
