巴陵石化橡胶事业部SBS车间:文明创建刮起“节能减排”风

7月早班，SBS车间装置正生产YH792牌号胶，当班长发现胶内有黑点现象，为保证产品质量产量，与当班职工一个站在洗胶罐一个直蹲在干燥箱处，细细观察粒粒挑选，炎热、噪音、粉尘他们全然不顾，一直把所有的黑点胶全部挑选完，直到胶粒正常才带着灰尘满意的离开。

今年以来，SBS车间以利用文明岗位创建活动平台，聚焦节能减排降耗、节约成本工作，提高职工节能意识，要求职工从工作生活中的点滴小事做起，真正把节约当作一种修养、一种美德、一种文化、一种社会责任。

经历过那次班长亲自处理挑选杂质胶后，该班每个职工都开始关注自己周围的小事，哪怕是一个包装袋、一点落地胶，你瞧，早上六点室外的照明灯全关，室内的空调控制在25℃，对那些散落在地的干净落地胶总是有人拿着簸箕在一点点的清扫，虽然炎热，脸上挂着汗珠，却带着微笑。
