黄兰香副省长专题研究岳阳石化产业发展

湖南省副省长黄兰香在长沙召开会议，专题研究岳阳石化产业发展相关问题。

年初以来，岳阳石化产业发展形势严峻。在听取岳阳市、省直相关部门和巴陵石化、长岭炼化的情况汇报和形势分析后，黄兰香指出：当前，国务院高度重视长江经济带发展，岳阳石化产业面临着难得的发展机遇。各单位要统一思想，统筹推进，争取国家发改委和中石化总部的支持，把岳阳的炼油能力提升到1800万吨，并发展相关下游产业，将岳阳建成全国性的绿色化工产业基地。当前，巴陵石化、长岭炼化要积极向中石化总部汇报，争取生产计划，满负荷生产，同时抓好安全生产和环境保护工作，携手共进，共克时艰。
