在总部科技进步工作会上，公司“锂系聚合物开发创新团队”被授予“集团公司优秀创新团队”。“锂系聚合物开发创新团队”主要以苯乙烯类弹性体合成新技术、新品种、新牌号的开发为研究方向。自成立以来，参与了万吨级SBS成套技术开发，液相丙烯本体聚合技术开发工作，并自主完成了万吨级SIS成套技术开发及万吨级茂系氢化SBS合成SEBS成套技术开发。已先后开发出40多个牌号的SBS、SIS、SEBS生产技术，申请中国专利、国际专利，获得授权。多项核心技术具有自主知识产权。
