巴陵公司部署低温雨雪冰冻天气应对工作
2月9日（星期天）上午，湘北大地雪花飘飘，巴陵公司各装置在风雪中保持安全稳定运行。巴陵石华己内酰***事业部液体己内酰***装车现场，几台汽车槽车排队等待装车。当班员工用热水冲洗装车操作平台上的积雪，抓紧装车。在烧碱罐区，押运员忙着踏雪接卸从环氧树脂事业部运来的烧碱。

面对低温雨雪天气，巴陵公司紧急动员，巴陵公司领导在2月8日新年首次重点工作督查时，要求各单位及时做好低温雨雪冰冻天气防范应对工作，尽量减少灾害天气对生产生活造成的影响。各单位管理人员按照“谁主管、谁负责”的原则，靠前指挥，加强值守和岗位巡检，切实落实防冻、防凝、防滑各项措施，启动相关应急预案，做好各项安全防范工作，确保水电汽等能源及原料正常供应；狠抓交通安全，及时清扫各路段积雪，并在交通主干道上撒盐化雪除冰抗凝；做好生活区的防火、防中毒等防范工作，确保生活小区安全；加强生活物资储备，确保后勤服务顺畅及时。2月9日，巴陵公司领导前往各装置现场督导雨雪天气安全生产，总调度室通过调度系统及时发布各项指令，指挥协调生产运行。
