巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部拥有的全球单套年产能最大热塑橡胶SBS装置2013年刷新年产量最高纪录，较此前最高纪录增产近40吨，产品合格率100%。
巴陵牌热塑橡胶SBS生产技术被列为中国石化的专有技术之一，装置目前年产能20万吨，可同时生产热塑橡胶SBS多个牌号产品。
