巴陵石化己内酰***部：硫酸装置挖潜改造项目一次开车成功

己内酰***事业部年产24万吨硫酸装置挖潜改造项目一次开车成功，硫酸产能提升为24万吨/年，处理硫化氢气体能力为4800标准立方米/时，环保排放更加安全可靠。

该项目总投资3805万，项目内容主要是在原有装置的基础上进行技术改造，进一步优化了二氧化硫气体的焚烧方式和酸吸收系统，避免了二氧化硫在转化过程中易形成稀酸造成设备腐蚀的情况；同时，续建了一套制酸系统，避免了过去老装置停车而使得硫化氢气体无法处理的被动局面。目前，新装置已生产出合格产品，设备运行正常，环保排放全部达标。
