高性能橡胶轮胎滚过出口高门槛

当前世界经济不振，针对我国的贸易保护措施更加频繁。我国是轮胎生产大国，发达国家针对我国轮胎出口陆续设置贸易壁垒。使用高性能的橡胶作为原料是我国轮胎出口的保证。

巴陵石化将改造建设一套具有自主知识产权的3万吨/年溶聚丁苯橡胶（SSBR）工业化生产装置，整体技术处于国际先进水平。这将在国产高品质节能环保轮胎的发展中起到积极作用。

贸易保护频起

2012年前三季度，中国出口产品遭遇国外贸易救济调查55起，同比增长38%。全球贸易预警组织称，国际金融危机爆发后，全球40%的贸易保护主义措施针对中国。崛起中的中国已然成为贸易保护主义的最大受害者。

2011年8月，欧盟委员会出台了相关的轮胎标签法规，自2012年11月1日起，要求在欧盟销售的轿车胎、轻卡胎、卡车胎及公共汽车轮胎必须加贴标签，标示出轮胎的燃油效率、滚动噪声和湿抓着力的等级。

这对我国轮胎生产企业提出了更高的要求。

工信部的数据显示，2011年我国天然橡胶的对外依存度为72%。在胎面胶的生产过程中要使用合成橡胶，但出于成本的考虑，我国轮胎企业大多采用价格稍便宜一些的乳聚丁苯橡胶（ESBR），高性能的SSBR的使用量较低。

为了应对出口的高门槛，轮胎生产企业必须改变原料组分，达到发达国家的环保要求。

高性能原料利用少

在轮胎高性能化的发展中，SSBR作为耐磨、耐热、耐老化及硫化速度快的合成橡胶，可用于生产高性能轮胎的胎面胶，市场日益扩大。在生产高性能轮胎时，特殊结构的SSBR比起常规橡胶来，在降低滚动阻力、提高抓地力方面有很大的余量。

但是，当前我国的SSBR虽然具有一定规模的产能，但装置利用率不高，国内用户也不稳定，目前除制鞋用户外，轮胎用户很少。

目前我国SSBR的消费量增长速度大大滞后于国外。“原因主要有几点，一是国内加工应用条件受限，目前只有几家大型轮胎企业在从事使用SSBR的研究，国内大多数的中、小轮胎企业在加工设备及配套技术等方面尚不具备条件；二是国内高档汽车比例小，对高性能轮胎的需求不迫切，由于国内子午化率比较低，对SSBR的需求量不是太大；三是国产SSBR牌号较少，从产品性能上不能满足各种制品的要求。”专家表示。

为了进一步打开市场，我国SSBR生产企业加大了技术投入力度，加速研发SSBR牌号以满足轮胎企业多样化的需求。

近年来，巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部组织科研团队，全力推进合成橡胶新品种、新牌号的科研攻关和工业试验。

在现有热塑橡胶合成技术的基础上，采用独特的复合调节剂体系，开发了连续加料间歇聚合工艺技术，成功开发出3个市场适销的SSBR牌号，其各项性能均与国外同类产品相媲美。用户试用及测试结果表明，产品质量完全能满足轮胎企业应对轮胎生产新规定、开发新产品的需求。

去年5月，该公司自主完成的“充油型溶聚丁苯橡胶（SSBR）合成技术开发”科技攻关项目，通过中国石化技术鉴定，整体技术处于国际先进水平。

据介绍，改造建设的3万吨/年SSBR项目将采用自主研发技术，发挥合成橡胶事业部现有丁苯橡胶（SBS）生产装置的优势，将其中一条生产线改造为年产能为3万吨的SSBR工业化生产线。项目实施后，可进一步推进年产20万吨丁苯橡胶（SBS）装置产品结构调整，实现SBS装置多功能化。

Experts say.In order to further open the market, SSBR production enterprises of our country has increased the input technology, accelerate the development of SSBR type to meet the diverse needs of tire enterprises.In recent years, Baling Petrochemical synthetic rubber Department organized scientific research team, to promote the synthetic rubber new varieties, new brands of the scientific research and industrial test.On the basis of existing thermoplastic rubber synthesis technology, using composite regulator system is unique, has developed continuous feeding batch polymerization process technology, successfully developed 3 marketable SSBR grades, have the performance comparable to similar products abroad. The user trial and test results show that, the quality of the products can meet the new requirements, new product development demand to deal with tire tire enterprises.In May last year, the completion of the company autonomy "oil-filled solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) synthesis technology development" project, through the technical appraisal of Sinopec, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.According to introduction, the transformation of the construction of 30000 tons / year SSBR project will use the independent research and development, play the synthetic rubber division of existing styrene-butadiene rubber (SBS) production plant, which will be a transformation of the production line for the annual capacity of SSBR production line of 30000 tons. After the implementation of the project, can further promote the annual output of 200000 tons of styrene butadiene rubber (SBS) device to adjust product structure, to achieve multiple functions of the SBS device.
