合成橡胶事业部SEBS脱盐装置工艺流程全部贯通，这标志着该项目已进入实质性攻关阶段。

新建脱盐装置引进了国外先进离心设备，采用自主创新技术，为确保试车顺利，该事业部组织车间技术骨干参与新装置试车，并邀请国外厂家指导试车工作。试车过程中，设备技术员人员认真检查脱盐装置各油泵油位，反复确认仪表、阀门正常，检查流程细节，详细记录试生产中发现的设备问题故障。同时，做好职工试车学习，组织操作人员向国外专家学习工艺操作方法。

目前，该事业部正对试车中遇到的不足进行整改优化，为装置一次成功开车做好充足准备。
