巴陵公司SEBS装置863工段获评“全国青年安全生产示范岗”

3月26日，从团中央获悉，巴陵石化公司合成橡胶事业部SEBS车间863工段被评选为2011-2012年度全国青年安全生产示范岗。湖南省仅有5个岗位当选。

巴陵石化公司合成橡胶事业部SEBS装置是国内首套具有自主知识产权的工业化生产装置，SEBS成技术开发纳入“863”计划和中国石化集团公司十条龙重点科技项目，工段现有职工40人，其中党员10人，35岁以下青工占到职工人数的82%，平均年龄33岁，是一支立足本职、无私奉献、忠诚履责的青年团队。

自2005年SEBS装置建成投产以来，863工段青工践行“自强不息、创新不断、奉献不悔”企业精神和“安全来源长期警惕，事故出自瞬间麻痹”的安全生产理念，工段“白班维护制”现场管理经验得以推广，在提升产品质量和产量的同时，该工段青工始终将安全生产摆在工作首位，强基固本、精细管理，成立8年来，未发生一起安全事故。工段先后获得“湖南省青年安全生产示范岗”、“岳阳市青年文明号”等荣誉，2013年还被推荐为中国石化青年文明号。

据了解，青年安全生产示范岗采取“自下而上、逐级创建”的方式，包括全国、省、市、企业四个创建层级。全国青年安全生产示范岗创建对象为企业一线生产车间、班组等基层安全生产单位。创建单位的基层组织健全，团的工作要活跃。生产现场管理规范，无违章指挥、违章作业和违反劳动纪律的行为发生。职工能严格遵守各项安全生产法律法规、规章制度、岗位操作规程和作业标准。开展了有成效的安全生产示范岗创建活动。
