巴陵石化自主创新建一流热塑橡胶研发中心

中石化橡胶技术中心（巴陵石化部分）可研报告获总部批复。苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体是一种热塑橡胶，又称苯乙烯嵌段共聚物，主要是以苯乙烯、丁二烯或异戊二烯为单体的嵌段共聚物，因其生产过程中均采用有机锂为引发剂，故又称锂系聚合物，主要有四大用途：橡胶制品、塑料改性、胶粘剂和沥青改性。公司是我国目前最大的热塑橡胶生产研发基地，合成橡胶事业部的热塑橡胶SBS、SIS、SEBS等产品年产能达28万吨，产品品种、牌号50多个。

中国石化橡胶技术中心（RTC）巴陵石化部分突出热塑橡胶研发特色和优势，着力打造世界一流热塑橡胶研发中心，促进产品和产业结构调整，推进差异化、高端化和绿色低碳发展，其建设主要内容包括，新建热塑橡胶连续聚合单元，提高各胶种的小试研发功能。

The company is China's largest thermoplastic rubber production and research and development base, the synthetic rubber division, thermoplastic rubber SBS, SIS, SEBS and other products, annual production capacity of 280000 tons, the varieties of products, brands and more than 50.
