巴陵石化热塑橡胶SEBS专利获湖南省专利奖

　　中国石化新闻网讯（记者彭展 通讯员徐亮亮 黄丽芳）11月1日，记者从巴陵石化获悉，在日前湖南省知识产权局评定揭晓的湖南省专利奖中，该公司专利“一种由偶联法制备的含共轭二烯烃苯乙烯类嵌段聚合物（即热塑橡胶SEBS）的选择氢化方法”，获2012年湖南省专利奖。

　　巴陵石化是首批入选湖南知识产权优势企业培育工程的企业之一，至目前专利总申请量达400多件，拥有授权专利213件。作为全球产能第二、亚洲最大的热塑橡胶生产研发企业，该公司持续技术创新，合成橡胶产业链产品由单一的顺丁橡胶发展到目前的热塑橡胶SBS、SEBS、SIS等五大系列40多个牌号。

 

　　该公司合成橡胶事业部利用具有自主知识产权的选择氢化专利技术，于2006年建成了国内首套万吨级SEBS装置，并扩能至年产2万吨规模，生产的SEBS，是热塑橡胶SBS的升级产品，填补了国内同类产品的空白，丰富了产品品种，打破了国外厂家对SEBS的垄断。

　　今年9月，巴陵石化建成投产国内最大规模的年产6万吨特种热塑橡胶项目。该项目采用实施了包括“一种由偶联法制备的含共轭二烯烃的苯乙烯类嵌段聚合物的选择氢化方法”等13件专利技术。

　　采用该专利生产的SEBS既保持了SBS在热塑性弹性方面的优势，又在耐候性、耐紫外线与臭氧老化方面明显优于SBS，且SEBS产品中残余的金属离子含量较少，不需脱除，减少了废渣废水的产生，避免了环境污染。利用该专利生产并******的产品主要用于制造低硬度高弹性高透明度玩具、电线电缆包敷料、工具手柄、聚合物改性、密封条、医用输液管及输液袋、血浆袋、果冻蜡、******鱼饵、高档橡皮擦等。

据悉，巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部在热塑橡胶领域共申请专利39项，上报中国石化集团公司专有技术30项，其中SBS、SEBS和SIS生产技术被列为中国石化专有核心技术。2010年初至今，该事业部已申报“一种反应挤出生产苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物的方法”等17项专利，2001至今，该部设备、工艺、新产品开发获得授权且有效的专利有20件。

The patent production of SEBS not only keeps the SBS in thermoplastic elastomer advantages, and in weather resistance, resistance to ultraviolet and ozone aging is significantly superior to that of SBS, and SEBS products in the residual metal ion content is less, do not need to remove, reduce the waste of waste water, avoid the pollution of the environment. By using the patent for production and sales of products are mainly used in the manufacture of low hardness high elasticity and high transparency toys, wire and cable pack dressings, tool handles, polymer modification, seal, medical infusion tube and infusion bag, plasma bags, jelly wax, simulation bait, such as high-grade eraser.

 

It is reported, Baling Petrochemical synthetic rubber division in thermoplastic rubber field a total of 39 patent applications, to Sinopec Group Company 30 proprietary technology, including SBS, SEBS and SIS production technology is listed as Sinopec proprietary core technology.
