面对炎热气候给装置安稳长满优生产带来的不利影响，合成橡胶事业部从加强设备夏季特护和提高人员夏季安全生产意识两方面入手确保工厂各大装置生产安全有序，做到未雨绸缪。目前，橡胶事业部已经进入了一年一度的生产旺季，各生产装置均处于高负荷运行状态，同时SBS改扩建工程土建工作也进入了紧张的施工阶段。面对今夏的持续高温酷暑，该部在合理组织好职工的防暑降温工作的同时，首先通过不间断的反事故演练活动提高职工的突发事故处理能力，仅6月份，该部就先后在原料车间、SBS车间和聚丙烯车间举行了3次大型的反事故演练活动，职工参与人数达600多人次；
